According to its design team, Tihana Taraba, Ivana Pavic and Filip Despot of Grupa Products, this was intentional, as they meant for the simple design to express a humble gesture of gratitude through its Minimalist profile. But the trio took anything but an unassertive tack when designing them, as the patented joinery on each fixture has gone through such a rigorous process it simply won't wear out, as is often the case with the joints on mere mortal task-lights.
