- an original and incredibly rare conical ceiling pendant by peter behrens for aeg, german circa 1920. - the light has two glass parts, the upper section is opaline and the lower triangular dish is frosted. - fantastic original condition, a stunning decorative piece of history. - rewired and pat tested, supplied with original chain and ceiling rose. - 35cm high from top of gallery to bottom of glass, 24cm wide, 24cm deep. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
