Isla Pendant

The Isla Pendant from Seascape Lamps uses fabric as both a structural element and a diffuser. Each fixture is handmade in Seascape’s California facility, with a circular profile shaped by folded linen pleats compressed between two round rings and suspended from a central cloth cord. An inset diffuser sits inside the base, using its translucent surface to soften efficient LED light into an even warmth. The fabric’s folds add diagonal dynamism to the round design while direct illumination extends below, creating a character that emphasizes clarity, balance, and the thoughtful use of simple materials.
