Very rare pendulum from Guzzini based on a design by Fabio Lenci from the 70s. The lamp has a particularly flat design. This design actually consists entirely of a large barndoor, like those seen in film lights. This gives the lamp a very technical appearance. In contrast to this is the strong red color in which the panels are made. The barndoor is not a decorative element, but rather very functional in directing the light and dimming the lamp. This allows you to create dramatic lighting moods with sharp shadows. There is a particular contrast in the coloring between the barndoor and the other elements of the lamp such as the socket, suspension and canopy. These are chrome colored. The canopy is particularly elaborately crafted as a hemisphere. The lamp itself hangs almost invisibly on a fine wire rope. The cable is guided in loops to relieve strain. There is also a movable cable guide on the rope.
