A design classic from the Italian manufacturer Danese Milano based on a design by Bruno Munari from the 1960s. The most striking element of this lamp is the textile shade. The stretch fabric is partly stretched with rings and contracts concavely between them. This creates a rhythmic pattern that characterizes the Falkland lights. The fabric shade rests on a funnel-shaped reflector made of aluminum. Inside, the socket sits high up so that the bulb is barely visible and the light is primarily emitted onto the shade via the reflector. The canopy is designed with a mounting bracket to match the shape and color of the reflector. The lamp is in very good condition and has hardly any signs of wear.
