The light is labeled and documented in the Kalmar catalogue from the 1970s.Kalmar had a cooperation with several Italian glass makers located in Murano (e.g. Mazzega, Venini) and got the glasses from there. Several other European companies like Orrefors (Sweden), Limburg and Hillebrand from Germany, and Arredoluce, Stilnovo, Fontana Arte from Italy used hand blown or textured glass for their lamps in 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
