Hettier & Vincent A rare French 1925-1930 art deco pendant light by Hettier et Vincent in nickel plated bronze. The mounting holds a large ball shaped shade in thick clear frosted pressed glass. This rare model is always unsigned and it is unknown which glass factory produced it. The canopy of this pendant is represented in the first supplement of the old Hettier et Vincent product catalog. It was used as base and as canopy for several different lamps and chandeliers by HetV. The famous Parisian lighting firm of the two businessmen Louis Hettier and Calixte Vincent. The chandelier has a total height of 37,6 inches (95,5 cm) and the glass ball has a diameter of 11,8" (30 cm). The shade has a weight of 3,49 kilo. The pendant light is in very good condition. I re-nickeled and patinated the mounting. And it is rewired with an American standard socket.
