The Line Light Parallel Pendant from Matthew McCormick Studio creates harmony between shape, light, and organic materials in an ultra-refined design. Matthew McCormick approaches the piece with the goal of distilling to achieve purity. Minimal mounting hardware and fine cables give the pendant a floating look and visual focus. The hanging wood segments are CNC milled and hand-finished to accentuate the natural material's beautiful grain. An array of lamping slots inside the shapes and disperse its clean, uniform light out the slender cut-outs to minimize glare.
