Link Pendant

The Link Pendant from LZF represents designer Ray Power's exploration of repetition and geometric rhythm through the use of wood veneer. Power's design layers long strips of Timberlite veneer into flowing, interlocking curves that fold across the shade's surface. The pattern creates visual depth as light filters through varying densities of material, producing graduated tones from warm amber to deep shadow. This handcrafted piece earned the Good Design Award in 2008, highlighting Power's approach to pushing veneer construction into sculptural territory.
