Ideal when employed over work surfaces like tables, desks, or kitchen counters, the clean contemporary design uses a stepped, circular canopy to secure a slender, strong cable that descends to bright, energy-efficient LED lamping integrated into a sleek dome shade of aluminum. The lamping is adroitly gentled using two methods: a flat acrylic diffuser set into the top of the dome just below the lamping and by the dome itself, which blocks direct light to the sides, focusing a mix of soft downlight and reflected radiance through its open base.
