The Macrame Pendant from Uttermost celebrates traditional knotting techniques through Sergio Orozco Designs' artisanal vision. Each individual rope strand was carefully twisted and tied into geometric patterns, creating an organic lantern shape. The supporting metal framework provides structural support while allowing the natural fiber work to take center stage. Four candelabra sockets nestle within the woven cage, offering functional illumination throughout this piece, which draws inspiration from ancient basket-weaving methods and cultural craftsmanship traditions.
