Originally made in 1951 for industrial workshops, this lamp is a classic of Danish design. Designer A. Wedel-Madsen created the pendant light with a blend of angular and rounded forms. The wide opening of the shade maximizes brightness, illuminating workspaces, public areas, and homes. While it originally featured a heavy iron build, the Made by Hand Workshop W5 Pendant Lamp now comes with a lightweight spun aluminum or copper shade with a durable finish. A removable diffuser softens the light and minimizes glare at the same time.
