Stunning scandinavian mid-century modern crystal glass & brass pendant/ceiling light designed by carl fagerlund for orrefors (sweden, 1960s). Thick, transparent and heavy cylindrical crystal glass shade made by orrefors (total weight: c. 4,4 kg). The textured glass shade reflects a wonderful light (see pictures). rewired and ready to use (compatible in all countries europe, us, uk, etc.). Requires 1x e27 light bulb (e26 in the us). Led compatible. Total height (from ceiling, adjustable): 45 cm/17.7'' (25 cm/9.8'' the glass itself); ø (glass): 18 cm/7.1''. Excellent vintage condition, no chips, no cracks. Beautiful patina on the brass elements. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
