Mile 01, like the other models in the series, pares its structure down to a simple 90-degree pivot that generates both indirect light above and downward direct illumination. Canadian designer Guillaume Sasseville evolved the concept from a computer-generated grid, erasing part and leaving the rest to become the lamp's design. Suspended by thin wires, the sleek powder-coated or polished aluminum fixture is powered by linear LED technology and the light is completely handmade at Lambert & Fils Montreal atelier.
