Beautiful pendant chandelier from the island of Murano outside of Venice, Italy. The pendant is crafted with four petals hanging from a chromed steel structure. The petals are made of hand-blown glass with purple and clear crystal glass. Iconic design created by Carlo Nason for A.V. Mazzega. The pendant has a new wiring and steel cord, and has a canopy made of strong nickel. The fixtures is in excellent vintage condition – no defects on glass or the hanging parts, just little patina or minor almost invisible scratches. The purple version is the rare version of the three ( tobacco or green pendants are seen quite often, but the purple one not) The total height of the pendant can be shortened, the only height of glass is 40 cm.
