Murano "Graniglia" Round Gold Color Mid-Century Chandelier And Pendants, 1990

Particular and very original lantern in brass and Murano glass, unique design enriched by a particular glass with "grit" processing.The chandelier / lantern has a round gold-colored metal structure to which long Murano glass leaves of a length of 70 cm (27.5 inches) have been attached. There are about sixteen "grit" leaves hanging all around the structure. The structure is not cylindrical but slightly conical, in fact the upper part has a diameter of 40 cm (16 inches) while the lower part has a diameter of 21 cm (8 inches). The leaves are perforated and allow brass screws to attach themselves to the metal structure. The lantern is hung from the ceiling by means of a rod and a brass canopy. In the lower part there is a circular glass that is fixed to the structure to close the chandelier. Internally there are 4 bulbs.
