Designed by Marco Zito and made in Italy, it uses a dome canopy and slender suspension wire to support a downward-projecting LED lamp set inside a conical housing supported by a solid brass sphere. This shape draws inspiration from the tassel adornments of traditional palace curtains, with the gathered fabric tassels replaced by an array of slender metal strands that add stylish shadow to the otherwise direct downlight.
