Pivot Pendant

The Pivot Pendant from Ravenhill Studio adds an airy, sculptural appeal to inside spaces, using a geometric design to deliver ambient downlight from an open structure. Inspired by painter Charley Harper's minimal realism and the quote, "I don't count the feathers in the wings, I just count the number of wings," each fixture is crafted in Los Angeles. Its clever construction uses no extra parts, relying on angular braces in cast aluminum to support flaring cup shades of spun aluminum around downward-oriented lights, keeping the focus on the engineering and the even pools of radiant downlight it delivers below.
