This is a mid century style light that I believe may be from the 1950s. The light itself is a beautiful turquoise colored ceramic. It has a brass color cap that I noticed had some pitting due to age, and a beautiful wood base. There are slits through out which gives for a silhouette effect. It has a gold color filling the striped details, and a white color inside of the light. My favorite part about this light is the contrast of colors and the beautiful blue turquoise color that they used in the glaze.
