This striking pendant lamp was produced in Sweden in the 1950s. The shade, featuring an asymmetrical diabolo shape, is crafted from red lacquered metal and beautifully perforated with small dotted holes throughout. Each perforation is accented with a circular brass ring detail, adding a refined touch of craftsmanship. with its elegant yet playful design, this piece looks striking both when lit and unlit. The pendant is in very good original condition. The original red lacquered with minimal scratches and very minor paint losses, not really disturbing or particularly noticeable when the piece is installed. The original acrylic ceiling canopy with some signs of wear but can be easily replaced.
