This mid-century pendant was designed and manufactured in Sweden in the 1950s. The light features a lantern-style pendant with a white opaline glass shade enclosed within a polished brass frame. Vertical brass rods from the lower ring to the upper rim, create a cage structure. Suspended from a brass canopy and chain, the fixture is finished with a small spherical finial that adds a subtle decorative touch. Total height is 24" (app. 60 cm). Height of lampshade only is 9.1" (app. 23 cm). The light requires one E26/E27 bulb and has been rewired with new fabric cord. All lighting is converted for US usage.
