White Nictea pendant designed by Tobia and Afra Scarpa for Italian Lighting manufacturer Flos in 1963. The pendant consists of two parts that are connected by round metal pieces that are an integral part of the design. The lamp provides a subtle light through the punched perforations, the opening between both layers of the pendant and through the glass lens at the bottom. The lamp hangs from an electric cord, to which a thin metal wire is attached, which allows the height to be adjusted. The glass lens is in very good condition and the electrical system is original.
