Best Of Intentions I

This set of 3 geometric works is inspired by the mid-century masters with a gentle nod to Spanish artist Joan Miró. Beginning with a black outline, artist Ilana Greenberg fills in the abstract pattern with layers of paint in a soothing palette of grey, blue and yellow. Loose lines and heavy brushstrokes add to the whimsical nature of the works. These sophisticated images are printed on archival cotton rag paper, with a hand-torn deckle edge, and set in silver metallic leaf frames for a relaxed, refined look.
