This is a house of Troy 11" picture light that has two lights in the rotating light bar it's adjustable it's in good condition it's from the early2015 and it works great bar can be mounted on the top of the painting or bottom of the painting or picture it easily attaches to the wall with its original brackets this is the slender line 11" model
