This pillow is filled with care in Canada. The outer shell is crisp 255 thread count cotton. The pillow is filled with goose feather, which provides great support due to the feather quills. The Soft version is supportive, but flatter, and works for front and back sleepers. The Medium version is relatively full and supportive, and works for all sleeping positions. The Firm version is quite supportive and puffy, so it's best for side sleepers. While feather pillows do have some give, they'll cradle your head more than a sinky, squishy down pillow. Note that King size pillows are more sinky than Standard or Queen, as they are quite long. There's more room for the fill to spread out to the sides when laid on.
