Inspired by the abstract illusions of Op Art, Twist combines layered curves and softened zigzags with the depth of a woven textile. This larger-scaled design was developed by Chilewich's master weaver, who began by cutting shapes out of paper to experiment with composition, overlay effects, and negative space. The result is a vibrant surface traced by undulating lines.  For over a decade, New York based designer Sandy Chilewich has been creating original and innovative vinyl products for the home. Her woven, tufted, molded and spun textiles are available in a range of vibrant and neutral hues that have become synonymous with the Chilewich brand name.
