Moomin by Arabia’s Haru plant pot makes a beautiful home for herbs, potted flowers, and houseplants alike. Finished with a high-rim saucer, the ceramic Moomin pot features a fresh yet nostalgic blue-and-white design, where the familiar Moomin characters appear alongside flowers and plants from the Nordic archipelago. Moomin Arabia’s Haru collection is named after Klovharun Island, a place dear to Tove Jansson, where the creator of the Moomins spent many of her summers. The design and decoration of the series also draw inspiration from Japanese esthetics – in Japanese, 'haru' means spring. The Haru collection was designed by Nathalie Lautenbacher and Naoto Niidome, with illustrations by Moomin Arabia’s design team inspired by Tove Jansson’s original floral wreath motifs.
