The item is designed to resemble a circular shaped cylinder made of faux river stones stacked one up another as one might see surrounding the above ground portion of an underground well. the item is white washed in white and painted black on the inner walls and has a 9" hole that is open at the top and at the bottom. a makers mark inscribed on one of the bricks on the second row from the bottom that reads: "Al's Garden Art, Inc." 1986.
