A piece unique planter or jardiniere by the danish ceramist and artist aksel hansen. Made in his own studio in denmark circa 1940-50. It features two androgynous faces in relief - one to each side. It is executed in white and green glazes. The white glaze is delicate and thin leaving the edges/facets partially exposed. Signed ah beneath its base. Measurements: d/w: 17/17 cm, diameter: 12 cm, height: 13 cm. This piece has an attribution mark, i am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
