This large stone basin was carved by hand nearly two centuries ago, sculpted from solid limestone with irregular texture and an asymmetrical diamond shape. A pattern of chiseled grooves adds rustic character to the interior, now softly worn with a fantastic patina. Originally placed on a provincial Chinese farm as a trough for livestock, the stone basin is ideal today as a statement water feature, sink basin or garden planter, contrasting delicate foliage with the hard permanence of stone. Trough has a drainage hole on one side. Additional Dimensions: Interior: 21.5"W x 13.5"D x 7"H
