The first firing is used to cook the 'biscuit' together with the engobe, in the second firing I add the transparent enamel to glaze the object and make it usable for food and finally in the third firing (called third firing) I add the pure gold which gives the object greater brilliance and elegance. The plates can be used for both food and decorative purposes. Dalila Chessa's exclusive designs are the result of careful and continuous research into subjects. Mainly inspired by the natural world, they tell of an equal encounter between similar, equal living beings, without categories or distinctions.
