Sombra continues the ongoing research between Miguel Reguero and Mohebban, the collection of carpets and cushions celebrates the encounter between architecture and nature. The rational and linear geometry contrasts with the free disposition of the material. This concept is reflected through the changing use of components, which in turn creates various textures of viscose and natural wool. This technique emphasizes the artisanal quality of its manufacturing, making each rug unique. Sombra means shadow in Spanish, in fact it also describes the comparison between light and shadow and how this changes and dominates the various architectures along the day and night in different chromatic intensity.
