Offering a lovely, antique platform rocker, in excellent condition. I can attribute the rocker to G. Hunzinger because, in 1882, he patented a torsion bar system to keep rockers from moving across the floor while rocking and this rocker has that system. As you can see, it has a golden velveteen upholstery that is in almost perfect condition, obviously reupholstered but it came to me with it so I don't know when it was done. You can also see in the pictures that the rocker shows its age with alligatoring on the arms, obviously has not been refinished. It has casters on the feet, rocks very smoothly, is very comfortable.
