Strässle Nonna Rocking Chair By Paul Tuttle, 1972

Chairish

$1,041

The Nonna rocking chair by Paul Tuttle is in very good condition. This chair's supporting chrome frame has been complemented by a second frame made of ebonized black bentwood. The chrome shows virtually no signs of wear, and the wooden frame has a light patina. The black leather seat cushion is soft and in perfect condition. The leather upholstery is supported by a black canvas covering. The American designer Paul Tuttle designed this rocking chair in 1972 for the Strässle manufactory. He is known, among other things, for his design of the Z chair. The Swiss manufacturer Strässle has been producing luxury furniture with the highest level of craftsmanship and timeless designs since 1965. Strässle became known for using the finest leather for its furniture and for manufacturing its products with the highest level of craftsmanship. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs, designer records, or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
