Margit Wittig's triptych blackened metal screen/ room divider features hand-crafted sculptural elements . These pieces can rotate allowing the collector to create varying levels of opaqueness and look of the divider spanning the gamit from full screenage to a see through decorative piece.This screen is composed sculptural components, cast and patinated in her London studio. Each epoxy resin piece is hand-finished with several layers of pigment and wax to enhance their unique surface texture.Each of the three panels measures: 160cm by 50cm.Margit Wittig is inspired by modern artists and sculptors such as Giacometti and Ivon Hitchens.
