This vintage 5x13 Northwestern Persian Kilim is a tribal rug believed to hail from Zanjan. Handwoven in wool, it originates circa 1950-1960. Further on the Design: Its design reads a complementary play of traditional geometric patterns & stripes in warm & bright colors. Keen eyes will note an especially present red, orange, green with an exuberant accent play. Connoisseurs may admire this Kilim’s inviting presence and movement underfoot.
