ABRASHED FLORAL CARTOUCHES IN BLUES, VIOLETS & GREYS is a rectangular wool andsilk rug.‎The combination of floral and cartouche motifs was often used in fine Persian carpets carpets of the 16th and 17th centuries.‎ We have taken these motifs and updated them using vibrant colour combinations.‎ These carpets are made of the finest wool from the Zagros Mountains region of Iran and natural silk to highlight the ground and border patterns.‎ The ground wool is dyed using natural dyes in bands of on-trend colours making this latest design from the Designer Isfahan Collection a beautiful and contemporary carpet.‎
