The central rich red/orange field of this piece features a cruciform medallion in navy blue, while pink floats freely among a lavish interior embellishment of sinuous vines. Undulating sky blue corner pieces fill out the field with elaborate arabesque detail and a complex 'turtle' vine-scroll border is set against a pale pink ground, providing an elegant yet dramatic frame. Minor vine-scroll borders echo the rust color of the field.
