An extraordinary early 20th century Caucasian Karabagh rug with an all-over large scale rose pattern woven in white, brown, indigo, gold, and pink with green leaves, and all against a crimson background. The border is wonderful with a central stylized floral pattered stripe flanked by a pair of matching geometric pattered stripes.
