Manually knotted using 100% virgin wool, GAN's multicoloured 'Japan' rug presents a coral-hued design that at first glimpse appears completely spontaneous. However, with a production process that requires incredible precision and care, there is nothing random about the rug's textured surface design, within which one can find multiple analogies: from a rain of petals, to fields of cherry blossoms, or a colony of marine corals.
