Mattia Rug

The Mattia Rug (2016), designed by Hanne Kortegaard, is handwoven by masterful artisans on a traditional punja loom from pure New Zealand wool and just a bit of polyester, featuring ends with bands in subtly graded hues and thick fringe. Her company, Linie Design, is a member of Care & Fair, an organization created to help fight illegal child labor and improve living conditions of carpet knotters and their families in India, Nepal, and Pakistan.
