A wonderful mid 20th century Central Asian pictorial Khotan rug with six large-scale Chinese-style vases potted with auspicious peony blossoms, and woven in multicolored vegetable dyed wool. The border is fantastic with a stylized large-scale floral and leafy vine motif.
