Even the design - this medallion is so unique - it is oversized in its width giving it a more focal and balanced feel whereas in most other Heriz pieces the medallion is elongated in an attempt to make the piece look longer. This piece has a very balanced composition in the overall breadth of it. The details are just as equally engineered to create a playful tension between motifs but never any struggle on the eyes - the entire piece is effortless through and through.
