Made Studio once again looks to nature for inspiration for its new collection of rugs for GAN.‎ The departure point for Saline is a push to lend texture and warmth to outdoor spaces, as well as the extraordinary creative potential of 100% recycled PET in the hands of artisans skilled in the hand loom technique.‎Like Made Studio’s other creations for GAN, Raw and Pure, Saline is a curated selection of hand-loomed designs from India based on a timeless, neutral colour palette.‎ The collection is available in four different versions in a range of earthy and mineral colours: black, white, terracotta and green.‎ Four shades achieved by combining different cords—smooth or zigzagged marbled—in recycled plastic fibres that were dyed, spun and braided in India.‎Recycled PET cords form both the warp and weft of Saline rugs, in a technical display that achieves optimum tension and strength using this material while offering a delicate aesthetic with a vibrant touch.‎ The designs are thus 100% circular and take full advantage of the benefits of certified PET, such as easy maintenance and excellent weather performance.‎FIBRE COMPOSITION100% recycled PETMANUFACTURING TECNIQUEHand Loom
