This hand-woven oriental Mir-Saruk rug was made in Iran during the 1960s. Mir-Saruk is a term used to describe a type of rug pattern that combines two distinct traditional styles: the Mir and the Saruk or Sarough. The rug is in original vintage condition, has a signs of wear due to age, abrasion of the edges. Before shipping, it will be professionally cleaned and ready for use. The rug has an abrash effect. This is a phenomenon found in traditional, hand-woven rugs, characterized by subtle variations in shades of the same color within a single weft. The colors of the products shown in the photos may differ slightly from the actual ones. This is due to individual monitor settings and lighting conditions – the photos were taken in artificial light, which may affect the perception of colors. However, we strive to ensure that the photos reflect the actual appearance of the product as faithfully as possible.
