Wonderful Turkish Anatolian gallery size rug depicting a pair of large lions with other pictorial figures and humans. The inscriptions on the rug makes us believe the rug was given as a dowry gift. Piece is from the early 20th century (circa 1920-1930) and was acquired from a Turkish collector who had it in their collection since the early 2000s.
