Indoor saunas are delivered via flatbed trailer with pre-assembled panels and detailed installation instructions. Assembly typically requires two people, basic tools, and a few hours to complete. A licensed electrician must install the heater. Customers are notified two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation. A forklift is recommended for unloading; however, saunas can also be offloaded manually, piece by piece, with the help of 3-4 people in approximately 30-60 minutes. Many customers have successfully used this method. Please ensure you are fully prepared to receive and unload your sauna in accordance with the instructions provided in your manual. Indoor models are designed to sit directly on your existing flooring. The surface must be level and water-resistant. Suitable materials include concrete, ceramic tile, vinyl, or laminate. If your current flooring doesn't meet these requirements, an alternative foundation may be needed. All indoor sauna units are freestanding and can be disassembled and relocated if necessary.
