This fabulous and special vintage lucite and silver-plate arched gradient lucite sculpture is by Catherine Noll who is the granddaughter of the famous and noted sculptor named Alexander Noll who was and is collected for his organic poetic and magnificent wood works. This is from the 70's. The shape of this sculpture is sensual and reminds one of a horn.The lucite takes on colors that surround and has a champagne to gray to light gray hues in some light on some parts of the form. Catherine Noll was mainly a Parisian jewelery designer who started her illustrious career back then. This amazing sculpture that is historical has height, arch and form. The base is silver-plate. Catherine Noll was a French postwar and contemporary artost who was boen in 1945 and died in 1994.
