The piece features a round body with deep gear-like crenellations, "split" into two demilune forms adorned with "cracked" and distressed patterns on the exterior. Inside, a vibrant array of encased tubular forms adds a striking contrast. The sculpture rests on a substantial clear glass base with a pronounced slanting top, encasing colorful lemon yellow and aquamarine blue elements.
