An art glass sculpture by the American glass artist John McDonald. The large sculpture features vibrant pink glass curved into an elongated shape. The glass has a swirled, iridescent design. The base of the sculpture is orange glass and is signed "J. McDonald". John McDonald began glassblowing as a high school student and attended community college for two years practicing his medium. McDonald worked for a local glassblower for seven years before opening his own glass studio, Meridian Street Art Glass, in 1999. Today, McDonald continues to own and operate his studio.
